Meet Mahjib Mahjoub from Les Moulins Mahjoub
Majid Mahjoub is a fourth generation farmer working the land from his family in Tebourba, Tunisia. He cares deeply about the foods he produces and the traditions behind them. He's affable, welcoming, and quite serious when it comes to making great food from the land of his home. He insists on a combination of ancient technique and modern production that balances land stewardship with the highest standards of food integrity. His farming and production methods are based on the centuries old traditions of the region, but his final products have the clean, artful presentation of modern works of art. His goal in all of this is to share the exquisite flavors of his beloved homeland. There is no charge for the food tasting but we're asking for reservations for this event so that we can be prepared.
