Lucedio Riso Carnaroli

We love Lucedio's Riso Carnaroli. It makes a stunningly rich and velvety risotto especially if you're not adding other flavoring ingredients to the rice. It's good enough on its own! Carnaroli's large oval grain contains a higher concentration of starch and is a low yielding strain of rice. It's the preferred rice for most chefs in Italy's Piedmont region and is quickly catching on here in the states too. A great staple for your kitchen pantry!
