"We've been delighted with our current batch of Parmigiano-Reggiano. They've been aged to perfection and are delightfully fruity (we detect pineapple and wild strawberry notes...) and delicious. We recommend buying Parmigiano-Reggiano in hunks or wedges which are perfect for nibbling or grating over your favorite pasta dish. We highly recommend grating it yourself as pre-grated Parmigiano loses it's character quickly. Freshly grated always tastes better. Parmigiano-Reggiano is a great snacking cheese too, so don't just grate it over pasta, salads and soups.
