2006 Three Thieves Pinot Noir 1.0 Liter

"Three Thieves Pinot Noir is respectable. Honest. You won't mistake this for a Grand Cru burgundy from Gevrey-Chambertin but you'll recognize the varietal. It's there in the nose. On the palate too with crushed cherry and strawberry fruit, soft tannins and that silky texture that has made this grape oh-so-popular. We suggest serving it slightly chilled. Put it in the fridge for an hour before serving. Just a little bit longer than our Half Hour Rule. This will get the wine very close to a subterranean wine cellar temperature. Around 55º F. This cellar-like coolness will accentuate the wine's fruit and texture."
