Trickle down theory. This '07 Cab bargain is from California's Paso Robles region. Dark color. Lush nose of ripe black cherries and dark plum. None of the herbal stuff on the nose that you usually find in an inexpensive Cab, just pure fruit. It's a big wine on the palate but without hard edges.
