"We have a great price on Parm and we cut and wrap it fresh to your order. We've always recommend buying Parmigiano-Reggiano in hunks or wedges and highly recommend grating it yourself as pre-grated Parmigiano loses it's character quickly. Freshly grated always tastes better. Parmigiano-Reggiano is a great snacking cheese too, so don't just grate it over pasta, salads and soups. It's one of our favorite wine tasting cheeses as it has fresh acidity and doesn't coat your palate and interfere with the wine. We like to serve Parm with full-bodied reds (Barolo, Barbaresco, Brunello di Montalcino!) or a chilled glass of French Champagne.
