This Sauvignon Blanc is hand picked, sorted for the best quality and fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels. It's a nice combination that has resulted in a fuller-bodied wine. There's crispness and freshness both on the nose and in the mouth but with rich layers of ripe fruit. We really dig it.
